The products are high quality, fresh and meticulously prepared. I believe that the biggest feature that distinguishes a hotel from others is the staff that gives spirit to that hotel. Young and dynamic people who are always smiling, helpful and problem solving work here. The staff who make eye contact with the customer and make them feel safe and peaceful - the secret of this hotel being so good. A large Design Museum is opening right next to it this year. The products are fresh, not kept in the fridge, the display and presentation is very nice, the beverage section is more than sufficient compared to the first time I stayed, new coffee machines have been purchased and the variety for coffee lovers has been increased. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Having a healthy breakfast with fresh products in a nice atmosphere while starting the day is the first step to start your day in Lisbon pleasantly and happily. The location of the hotel is simply perfect. Staying at Pestana CR 7, which we chose when we first arrived because it was close to the square, is like staying in the heart of the city. Moreover, when you are in the center, you are also in silence and peace. You can reach the metro with about a 2-minute walk and reach all centers of the city easily and quickly. If you want a different means of transportation, tuktuks departing from in front of the hotel (cute, airy and nostalgic) can be an alternative and enjoyable transportation method.

We had a breakfast included with our stay but could attend it due to our flight. The front desk made sure we each had a bag of food to head to the airport with.
